About the Course
In a world marked by constant change and upheaval, empathetic listening, critical analysis and negotiation are essential to thrive.
Our one-of-a-kind summer course uses game-based simulation to explore nation building and constitutional history, transforming students into changemakers who can empathize, innovate, and lead.
This immersive course introduces students to various legal and political concepts allowing them to identify unique leadership styles. Students also get to put their negotiation skills to the test by participating in a mock constituent assembly. The simulation design actively moves away from notions of ‘right’ or ‘wrong’, encouraging participants to build alliances and navigate the intricacies of nation building.
At the end of the course, the students will leave with :
– A basic understanding of constitutional concepts
– Enhanced critical thinking skills, and practical understanding of conceptual frameworks taught
– Improved negotiation skills that focus on interests, not demands
– Public Speaking and leadership experience
– A better insight into Indian history and policy making
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate.
